Shipping and Return Policy

SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY:
Orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 2-3 business days or sooner. Orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail.

Orders placed Friday-Sunday or holidays will be processed the following business day.


Tracking An Order:

We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or unclaimed / refused packages.

To track packages please use the tracking number emailed to you once your order has been shipped. If your tracking number does not work, visit www.usps.com to manually input your tracking number.
RETURN POLICY:
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to make all the return process in our shop.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If an item is received without tags, worn, altered, washed or damaged the return will not be accepted.

Sequin Clothing, Rhinestones Clothing, Leather Clothing, Bodysuits, Items White or Cream , One Size Item, Accessories are FINAL SALE.


To start a return, you can contact us at shopmariasboutique@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, return credits are valid for 30 days from the day of purchase. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of there returned item. If you receive a credit , the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the credit.

Shipping cost are non-refundable.

All SALE items are FINAL.

Merchandise obtained with a store credit cannot be exchanged and will be considered a final sale.

Your online credit must be used ENTIRELY in your NEW PURCHASE. Any remaining balance is NOT carried over.
